"Well located property but did feel that the price/value ratio was off. I did have a situation where i was handed two lanyards with a key to the room and one for the room safe. Somehow the key to the safe fell off the lanyard in a quick walk to a restaurant next door. Ended up having to pay $100 to replace that key that fell off the lanyard they gave me. "Siente was wonderful I had a great time I enjoyed the all inclusive the staff were incredibly kind and eager to serve although I drank quite a lot a felt nothing at all I ended up buying my own tequila bottle for 12$ at the store down the street. The food was okay very basic but filling. We rented bikes for 250 mxn and a 500mxn deposit. The ruins are down the street I wish I hadn’t rented bikes to go and just walked instead. "
