"Location "

"The Reef was beautiful and perfect for a winter get away! We spent most of our time at the resort as the rest of Nassau is kinda dirty and touristy. The lifeguards could have been a little more attentive as my mom twisted her knee and fell on coral, and they did not even assist us. Overall beaches were clean and the hotel staff and bus drivers were very friendly!"

"Loved the closness & accessibility to Atlantis Waterpark n beach. Comfortable bed, room was spacious for 2 people, liked having a sofa and mini fridge in room, would have liked a mini microwave. Spacious bathroom, loved the hook and towel rack by shower/bath, loved the placement of toilet behind door, gave more privacy, & sink with towel rack by sink that was separate from toilet/bath. Note: elevator is far from the front for those with limited mobility. Liked the ice n vending machines on each floor....maybe add other water selections. Loved availability n the variety of breakfast buffet that was included, especially for families with different starts in am. (Would suggest door to restaurant to open out,hard to open door with a plate and drink in hand) Few tables inside, but plenty outside, nice breeze and cozy. Pool was refreshing, loved the umbrellas n multitude of chaise loungers n pool towels..for families with kids, there is a lifeguard on site. Like availability of bar right by the pool. Plenty of food places near hotel. Staff very friendly, has a luggage storage...only suggestion is for front desk staff to readily offer the hospitality room to visitors arriving before 3pm to change out of their travelling attire to more comfortable resort clothes...swimsuit, shorts, flip flops to enjoy pool or to explore the surrounding area. Didnt find out about this room until 3hrs later. Would definitely stay here again...quiet, calm and relaxing after a busy day on the island."

"As a first time stayer at this hotel it was a beautiful experience. It’s literally in the heart of Nassau so many tourist attractions and everything you need in one area once you stay here you will definitely save lots of money on a taxi. Everything is walking distance. I loved the seafood restaurant around the corners. Those crab legs were so good. Everyone was so nice and lovely!"
