"Around the hotel has a large homeless population and with that comes the associated gatherings etc on various streets. Whilst we felt perfectly safe during the day, we wouldnt venture out to walk the streets after dark. Pick the hotel up and move it and this would be the ideal place to stay with lovely staff and rooms. "

"The hotel was a very convenient and safe feeling walk to BMO stadium, and there’s food options and Starbucks right there as well. Very convenient and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and was able to let me check in early so I could get dressed for my event which was extremely helpful. "
