"The room was very spacious - considerably spacious for a midtown hotel. The carpet was in ok condition. Beds were good. There are some minor upkeep-related items - the few pieces of furniture (particularly a table in the middle of the room) was worn. The faucet in the bathroom turned strangely. And also, the hotel would run out of hot water for showering very quickly."

"Amazing location in midtown. Walking distance to so many things but steps from 6 train as well. Room was huge for NYC with a kitchenette and lounge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was easy to speak to a person quickly when I had to call before our stay. Beds were high quality - very comfortable. "

"Absolutely amazing property! So clean and so quiet. Front staff was so welcoming and friendly. Love the security of the building - made me feel safe being in the city. Nice and close to Grand Central and almost everything was in walking distance. Would stay there again on my next trip to NYC. "

"The staff was perhaps the friendliest staff I have encountered. Julie was a joy at 2:30 in the morning when we finally arrived after a 4 hour delay. The only 3 things - the walls seemed really thin, the house cleaners knocked on our door at 8:30 even though we were checking out at 11:30 (did I mention we had only gotten in at 2:30), and there was no a/c! "

"Hotel 32 32 was great. Located near the heart of Korea Town, its only a 20 minute walk from Time Square, and about a 10 minute walk to the Empire State Building. The location is right by a train station, and there is plenty of delicious Korean food options all near by the property. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were great and well priced. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks so much! "
