"I loved the ambiance of the entire hotel and the room was well arranged and comfortable. I would say the staff were not helpful and rude at times. They hung up on us when acquiring about getting the airport shuttle. May have been a communication issue when I asked about it. I had booked a corner suite and was in the M class with access to the club. However I didn’t realize this covered breakfast. I spent $50 for my husband and I to get the breakfast package as well and they wouldn’t refund...

"Arrived before 10a due to cruise disembarkation, but was given a room right away, which was awesome. Room was large and comfortable although felt very moist/humid. False fire alarm in evyright in middle of my shower so had to get out and dressed and outside. Then it happened again at midnight and we had to get up at 4:30 for early flight, so it definitely put a cloud over our stay. Also shuttle didn’t start till 6 so had to pay for Uber and breakfast not till 7 so had to buy at airport. ...
