Everything was outstanding from the friendly welcome of the concierge and check in to the service at breakfast We also had dinner in the Dean Banks restaurant with the tasting menu and the service and the food was again outstanding. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the room itself whilst not the biggest was perfectly appointed. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay here. "
