"The location is great with a beautiful beach area and plenty of palm trees. Rooms were good size. Nice and spacious lobby area with nice music and live shows. Restaurants were good overall, including the buffet. We liked breakfast and dinner options more than the lunch options. A-la-carte restaurants were okay, except the oriental restaurant were food and service were terrible. Some of the shows were nice. We liked the circus night. Pool was nice but we spent most of the time at the beach."

"The staff in particular (Marlin) was super helpful. Rooms were clean, close to the beach and you could walk to everything. Many food choices in the area as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my room and balcony and will definitely be contacting the Honky Tonk if I come back to the Los Corales area."

"My husband and I stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment on the first level, pool right outside our patio. Quiet clean place mins from the beach, market and plenty of restaurants. Comes equipped with washer & dryer, cookware & dinnerware. I must say we could have used a coffee pot or tea kettle (the pot they had was no good). "We only stayed one evening. But our stay was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was great. The rooftop pool was nice, we just relaxed and took in the view of blue waters and beach. This place didn't seem as walkable to everywhere, you're tucked into a deadend road. "Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There were no towels or toilet paper upon arrival, and when I requested them, dirty towels were provided. "Initially, the driver was unable to find the property and had to call to get directions. Once I arrived, the receptionist was on lunch, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the heat. Once the receptionist arrived at 2 pm, I was told the room was not ready and I had to wait another hour."

"We hourly enjoyed our 2 weeks. Enjoyed the restaurants, buffets and numerous bars and meeting places. Staff are very hard workers, friendly and accommodating! With that said, we found house keeping a bit lacking(never swept the floor, wiped down mirror or wiped dow our patio table. We didn’t care for the hard sell vendors on site or those along the beach but we know that comes with the territory."

"5-star beachfront resort. Very large property affording lush grounds. Almost all buildings 3 stories with large rooms with salon, big bathroom and separate bedroom; called bungalows - but there are 12 per building, not separated. Excellent all inclusive dining options. We absolutely loved it."

"Great resort and customer service. Please note that this resort is mostly 55 and very quiet. They should have more activities for the guests. However the restaurants are amazing. The best thing about this hotel is that shares the access and amenities with their sister hotel next door “ Caribe Deluxe”. I strongly suggest to stay at this hotel instead. It’s beautiful, bigger and modern. It’s a family hotel so you will see kids."

"The room was much better than in the old advertised images so that I have included an updated 2025 picture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The cleaning ladies did a fantastic job keeping it bright and shiny all the time.The hotel had only 3 sunbeds for which there was fierce competition amongs guests. They bought 3 more on January 31rst 2025 for a grand total of 6 but they still need more. There is a restaurant on-site ran by the Pronel Family that offers super delicious food and drinks, wifi and super good music. No wifi in rooms though. Also many safety boxes in the rooms are out of order. The AC and fridge worked perfectly right. The hotel has the most superb and huge inner courtyard straight out of paradise. Again, the pictures advertised don't honor it enough. You will want to spend many hours there. When I talked to other guests, this is what they mentioned first about the hotel. The pool was clean and very pleasant, a few leaves here and there but that is a normal thing. Breakfast was good but should be earlier than 8 am. Finally the location was excellent, very central."
