"Stayed here only for 2 nights. I highly recommend it. The place is clean, quiet, everything is new, staff is very polite and helpful. The reception manager approached me to ask for a feedback too. The hot water in the shower wasn't available on both nights but as soon as I reported it to the reception, their staff fixed it within 5 minutes both the times. The only negative is that it's far away from the beach/restaurant area, so you need a car or uber to get around. I felt safe as a solo female...

"We enjoyed the entire property, from its well maintained green areas to food and mostly hospitality. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The pizza and tacos crew, to the restaurants staff. "Staff and service are excellent as they prioritize the guests. The place is a bit dated and requires upgrades, but the management is already working on it. Service in the restaurants is a bit slow---waited 40 min to get desert and never received it in the end as they ran out of ice cream. Buffet is excellent. Also, we attended during Easter, and the show and food organized by Kids club was superb! Great job!. For kids to play with live bunnies was the cherry on top."
