"The staff is very customer friendly. Our excursion for snorkeling was set up by the tour operator. I forgot my rain jacket when exiting the water craft and the tour operator facilitated finding it and getting it back to the hotel. He was very helpful. Entertainment at the resort nightly was outstanding!! I cannot state that enough. The resort is well organized and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

The resort isn’t close to anything so it’s great if you’re just looking to relax by the beach. However, if you want to do any shopping or sightseeing, it’s a 20-minute taxi ride away. "
