"Super bien atendidos. Los animadores, David y Juan Diego te mantienen activo con todo tipo de actividades. Inclusive tuvimos una clase con el barista Sergio "Tenoch", quien es muy amable por cierto, de mixologia. La playa hermosa y limpia. En general un excelente servicio. El unico inconveniente, es que no cuentan con habitacion de cortesia para quienes sus vuelos salen tarde."

"A very nice first stay at this hotel. Out third trip overall to Cozumel. We took the all inclusive option because we knew we’d be eating the majority of our meals at the hotel. Three good options for food, our favorite being Cuzamil restaurant. The lava cake dessert is amazing. Good lagoon and great snorkeling at this resort. Taxis were always accessible and waiting out front when we wanted to go and shop in town. Our servers Alex and Efren were amazing and made this such a great stay. I do note the musty smell in the lobby a bit, due to the humidity One suggestion I would have is the hotel needs maybe 10 more umbrellas outside for patrons. There were around 10 or so but the property needs 20. All in all a great stay though "

"We just spent a week over Fourth of July and had a wonderful time! The staff was beyond amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the property was very well put together. Super fun entertainment for both adults and kids. The food is what she would expect from an all-inclusive very simple and good. We had our five-year-old and eight-year-old boys with us and they were very sad to leave at the end of the week and asked if we could just live there lol mind you we live in Southern California where the weather is always pretty perfect and they still rather be in Cozumel 😂 Overall, a wonderful getaway, and we look forward to making it an annual trip!"
