"This was the worst experience of a hotel booking it is possible to imagine. When I arrived at the hotel it was in a disgraceful state with rubbish everywhere. It soon became clear that this was no longer a hotel but a shelter for the homeless. The only person available to speak to was a security guard who gave me the number of the owners, who are based in India. They didn't even know that they owned the hotel, far less whether it was open or not. I had to book into another hotel, obviously. ...

"Overnight stay. Ruskin square car park directly opposite the hotel was very convenient. Room was very clean. Customer service was excellent and restaurant staff super attentive and friendlly. Great breafast and choices. Only complaint was the gym - the tredmill and bike didn't work and no weights. Other than that everything was great. "
