"Always such a good Place to stay "

"Lovely room. Clean. Lovely bathroom. No lock on the door. You need a key card to get in but you can’t lock it from the inside. Staff are pleasant but not welcoming. Main desk wasn’t always manned. Short answers not very receptive for reception "

"This was the worst experience of a hotel booking it is possible to imagine. When I arrived at the hotel it was in a disgraceful state with rubbish everywhere. It soon became clear that this was no longer a hotel but a shelter for the homeless. The only person available to speak to was a security guard who gave me the number of the owners, who are based in India. They didn't even know that they owned the hotel, far less whether it was open or not. I had to book into another hotel, obviously. ...
