The breakfast was very good and well organised ; the staff showed me how to axcess all the breakfast items . Hotel itself was clean throughout and my room was well appointed and comfortable. In summary excellent staff but poor parking."

"This was the worst experience of a hotel booking it is possible to imagine. When I arrived at the hotel it was in a disgraceful state with rubbish everywhere. It soon became clear that this was no longer a hotel but a shelter for the homeless. The only person available to speak to was a security guard who gave me the number of the owners, who are based in India. They didn't even know that they owned the hotel, far less whether it was open or not. I had to book into another hotel, obviously. ...
