"Very convenient location. Nice hotel internally in the lobby. The hotel room is basic, just a bathroom with a shower and a bed with TV. The bed is a small double but an upgrade in quality wouldn't go a miss - the same with the pillows. The view from the first floor window isn't great. Though I did get the cheapest double bed room and for one night, it was fine. I had the cooked breakfast and that was good. Lots of choice. 9am, it was busy. There was a queue. "I loved that we had two underground stations pretty close, and the staff was very helpful and very child friendly. The only downside we experience is that the closet was very small . But besides that it is a lovely place and very affordable. "

"Really easy check in, room clean. We were given a free bottle of wine for our anniversary and bed set up with towel swans and love hearts was a really nice touch. Well located near a station and only a 10-15 minute walk to Oxford Street. Highly recommend, great value for money in London. "
