"Very very friendly and helpful staff. The original room we got was not what we expected. Was very small and the shower would soak the bathroom. We went down and asked if we could upgrade and they were quick to upgrade us at a very reasonable rate. We went to one of the bungalow rooms and it was very nice. Comfortable and roomy. Food and drinks were typical for an all inclusive resort. Nothing was bad but nothing was remarkable either. It is a very quiet resort so great to relax. Do wish there...

"The best hotel in Plantanias. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean, accessible and full of character. Breakfast was superb and the restaurant by the beach a lovely venue to eat it. An area I would suggest improving would be the menus of the restaurants to cater more for vegetarians and vegans but this is not a criticism. "

"The hotel itself is lovely, very modern, impeccably clean. W loved the little private beach as the sea was a perfect temperature! The only negative is every day between 12-3pm a DJ plays banging “Ibiza tunes” and you cant get away from it. It is such a strange vibe as most people there when we were there were of an older generation and every time he started up there were groans from everyone around us!! You couldn’t escape the sound- we could hear it on the beach! We were half board and food...
