"Nice stay, but A little underwhelming. Check in was fast. They had a moble app, we walked up and no one was ahead of us in line. The lady handed us a teeny map and with quickly drawn directions . We wandered around with our luggage guessing where we were going. It would have been nice to have someone lead us through the maze to our elevators ( the place is huge !) "Great hotel, nice to get away from the gambling and smoking and shenanigans of the on-strip casinos. Handy fridge and microwave. Very comfy bed and reasonable value overall. I just wish the pool was open longer in the off-season but it's great that they keep it open year-round. I appreciated the attention to detail."

"To big, getting off the elevator, it took five minutes just to walk to my room. Had to walk through the casino every time just to get to the elevator. I’m not much of us smoker so that was kind of annoying."

"Your staff and teams are better then 5 star they are a 10. Everyone at the front desk is professional , helpful, happy and made my stay wonderful. The grounds, room, casino , dining all wonderful. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is the cigarette smoke is really bad, i had issues breathing , tight chest and nose was irritated."
