"Friendly and kind reception. Could not have been nicer. Late check out fee very reasonable and the commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Out two bedroom room was awesome reasonably priced. The room had a bit of a condensation issue but that’s to be expected in the tropics. Other than that the beds were incredible comfy, balcony and roof terrace were great! I’d never want to stay anywhere else!"

"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. "Love the hotel. It is an old building so it doesn't have the sterile environment that modern buildings have, but it has a charm that can't be beat. The bed wasn't very comfortable, though. I can overlook that in view of the charm, location, the hard work of the cleaning lady. I'd stay there again if I go back to San Juan. 15-minute walk to the port. 3-minute walk to the red gate and the path that leads below and around the fortress. "Booked this last minute for 1 night in old San Juan before heading back home and it was perfect. They were so kind to offer ample space to store our luggages as we arrived before check in time and same for leaving our bags after checkout. Would recommend and repeat in a future visit !"

"Strategically located in the center of Old San Juan. Parking requires use of nearby parking lots but everyone does. Spacious suites that is well equipped for long term stays. Highly recommended!"
