"Great rooms but we had booked for 3 adults in one room and the room was only prepared for 2, tried to call reception and the phone didn’t work! However once informed, the staff quickly sorted this out. There are some doors right at the end of the corridor by 3077 which banged all night, other than that, it was a great stay "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay But we found a be room was too small compared t what we were expecting. We had booked a higher grade room and did not think our room (Room 16) was the right one. Also the bathroom door lock squeaked a lot and disturbed my partner and the basin tap in the room was faulty and difficult to operate"
