"Really good customer service and we will definitely stay again."

"Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff; comfortable room and decor. Judging from the bathroom, the hotel is getting tired. This is echoed in the bed - pretty hard and not very comfortable while the pillows were 'tough'. I did have a good sleep, but didn't feel rested and even had a slight neck ache. Not sure the a/c actually did what it was supposed to..."

"This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "

However, I was never particularly impressed by the service, which I found to be below basic standards. To my surprise, things have significantly improved during my recent stay, and for the better.
