"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Nice stay for a family, I found very interesting the lounge option which can allow you to chill out after a long walk in London. The room was quiet, the bathroom well renovated. Only drawback the windows that are old and allow cold and humidity to enter. We were freezing during the night."
