"On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby."

"Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning.
