To be honest it was let down by inexperienced staff, at times it felt like I was their first guest. A safe choice"

One thing though was that a spa was advertised as being on site however the nearest spa is outside the hotel and not really affiliated to the hotel. I dont feel it is right to advertise a service you dont provide. This does not take anything away from your excellent service at the hotel, it only adds a little...

"They are really ill-equipped to host travelers at this time. There was no one to greet me upon my arrival. I had to wait on a curb getting bitten by mosquitos for someone to arrive. Bathroom smelled like sewage. I awoke and alerted manager who let me in via text that the key to the front door wasn't working properly. Got no response. Tried to dress. No water. Contacted same manager. He responded. Eventually water back on. I tried to leave and couldn't because key was stuck in door. Waited over...
