Perfect place to stay while visiting Edinburgh. Round the corner from several bus stops and the train station. Next to a supermarket. Several food options nearby. Breakfast was brilliant. The ensuite room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. The room was perfect for us. Breakfast was also perfect. We were able to store our luggage in the reception both prior to checkin and after checkout - at no cost. Good bus connections close by. Stores and restaurants nearby.

We had a room with a double bed, it's much smaller than we're accustomed to, but it was comfortable. A little different for us to share a bathroom/shower with other tenants, but it worked. Would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and curtious.

The Guesthouse was clean, warm and welcoming. Whilst my partner and I were only there for prep for the day and sleep, we could see that there was much more available to us should we need it. I recommend it to anyone wanting a city break in Edinburgh
