"Quiet room. Good location. Friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable. Nice soaps and lotion. Lighting in bathroom is dark. Breakfast ordered from the menu was good however the Sunday buffet was not good as the food was cold and greasy. "

"The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They really do make you feel safe and at home. My only complaint would be the pillows weren’t the greatest, ill bring my own next time, but the cleaning staff were great and friendly as well. "

"High quality finishings in the room and hotel. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor and amenities. Our room was fairly quiet, however if you are a light sleeper and there will be parties or events going on at the hotel, consider requesting a room on one of the mid or high level floors. There was a xmas party going on Friday night and we could hear the music in our room on the 2nd floor. I would stay here again, though. Very beautiful and convenient location with lots of history!"
