"E-mailed them twice to confirm check in called them on the day no response or answer - perhaps the owner packed up and bailed? or died? because it looks like we are not the only one to have this issue either way had to wait 4 hours for hotels.com to find us another place then they said it would take 15 mins with all our luggage after a 24 hour flight from Melbourne to London with no real apology pretty disappointing experience all around "
