"The hotel was well sited for us and the indoor car park next door was very bright, safe and clean. The rooms were clean, quiet and child-friendly. We even invited our family to dine with us there. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Unexpectedly pleased with this hotel. The hotel location is more West Brompton than Earls Court, located about 5 minutes from West Brompton underground station. The room was recently renovated, clean, quiet and spacious, the bed was comfortable. There was a gunky smell in the bathroom, I think it was from the shower drain. For the money it was a great stay."

"E-mailed them twice to confirm check in called them on the day no response or answer - perhaps the owner packed up and bailed? or died? because it looks like we are not the only one to have this issue either way had to wait 4 hours for hotels.com to find us another place then they said it would take 15 mins with all our luggage after a 24 hour flight from Melbourne to London with no real apology pretty disappointing experience all around "

"I thought for the price, in London, the hotel was ok.. The wifi wouldn't work, also the heating didn't work, which in winter proved quite difficult.. Overall the place was clean, and had everything I could need. The bed was comfortable and very fresh and clean, the location is perfect and the shower was nice and warm. "
