"Not worth the money. Nice hotel but not happy to be told they had parking then after booking was told they don't actually own the carpark and it's closed on match days. Check in was slow and breakfast wasn't great. For £200 on I expected the best."

"We had a great stay at Castletown House Apartments. The owner is friendly and accommodating, he assisted us with our luggage, explained how to use the equipment and was available throughout our stay. It’s an excellent location too, close to the tube, shops, eating and drinking places and tourist attractions. We’d gladly stay again. Many thanks. "

"E-mailed them twice to confirm check in called them on the day no response or answer - perhaps the owner packed up and bailed? or died? because it looks like we are not the only one to have this issue either way had to wait 4 hours for hotels.com to find us another place then they said it would take 15 mins with all our luggage after a 24 hour flight from Melbourne to London with no real apology pretty disappointing experience all around "
