"I enjoyed my stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. I got sick my first night and had to go to the ED. The desk clerk, Edward, was so helpful and he even sent security up to my room to check on me while I waited for the paramedics. There’s a fantastic grocery store right next door, Whole Foods is across the street and there’s a Starbucks within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the Fairmont in December. The hotel was clean, located in a great spot, and had the basic amenities we needed. There were some aspects of the room that showed their age (a light was missing in the bathroom and we could see into the ceiling) and the elevators were painfully slow for access to high floors, but for a quick weekend trip it was a good choice.
