"Not bad at all for the weekday price, but I would not choose it at a weekend rate. The rooms are quite old. And the beds not great. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, certainly. "My wife and I stood here last winter (I forgot to write a review). The hotel is has some stunning views if you happen to face the hill with the mountain coaster. The staff during the time was somewhat nice but honestly it seems everyone in Gatlinburg is a bit hissy.
