"Really friendly welcome received after our long drive to London. The kind receptionist did everything possible to make us comfortable and gave us advice about parking our car. We were also grateful to the flexibility given to us for a later checkout, which gave us more time to get the children ready. All in all, this establishment are really looking to make their guests happy!"

"The room is well set out and clean . Comfy bed and average size. Would have rated it higher if the electric supply hadn’t cut off during the night: mini fridge content became warm, couldn’t use the tea/coffee as couldn’t boil the kettle and my phone hadn’t charged. On the plus side it was sorted before we could tell anyone! "Cheap and cheerful. Staff were great. Very helpful and very polite. From outside the Hotel looks like it needs a coat of paint and inside it needs some work, but the rooms were big and clean. The bedding and towels were clean and the duvet covers looked new. All helped for a good nights sleep. If anybody complains for what you get for what you pay then you need to think about getting your hand in your pocket to pay for what you really want.
