"We were visiting NYC for my b-day and were doing a number of things around the Times Square/Rockefellar Plaza area so the location was excellent! It's a very nice hotel, nice swanky bar and lovely restaurant. Every member of the staff was freindly. We had a good-sized room and the shower was wonderful. I do wish they had better in-room dining options (a pot/caraffe of coffee versus having to order individual cups would have made the mornings better). And I would have preferred a firmer mattress...

"Excellent boutique hotel located on Rockefeller Plaza. Queen room was spacious enough for 2 of us, with large bathroom. Very quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff are always available in the lobby. They will hold your luggage before check in and after checkout, and give you access to the Living Room on the second floor for beverages, restroom, computer, etc. Filtered water and bottles available on each floor is a welcome feature."
