We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was...

"This property was exactly as described and provided all of the basics. It was a good location with easy access to public transit to the city. Great place to stay if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep with a small group. Would stay again! "
