This is echoed in the bed - pretty hard and not very comfortable while the pillows were 'tough'. I did have a good sleep, but didn't feel rested and even had a slight neck ache. "The male receptionist who checked us in yesterday (we arrived around 5) and who then took our order for dinner later on was really impressive, so professional and friendly - I didn't catch his name but he should definitely be commended. All of the waiting staff were also very good. We picked the hotel purely for its location but were very pleased indeed with the hotel experience overall having not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for many years. Thank you."

"The place is an absolute steal at that price. Was dreading it to be honest because it was ridiculously cheap but all 4 off is were very well surprised. Staff were helpful (even though we couldn't get extra pillows). We didn't eat breakfast but at that price, it doesn't matter. Only 10 minute walk to the station and less than an hour to all the major attractions in London. For people on a budget this place is an absolute must. Anyone slating this place needs to remember how little they paid...
