"We booked a triple apartment including a separate twin room expecting spacious and safe accommodation for our family, including two young children. We arrived in the evening to be told we didn’t have a booking. After 30 minutes, the hotel admitted a systems error meant out booking hadn’t been fulfilled and they had no availability, except for a smaller apartment. "- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs.
