"The location of the hotel was a bit odd, although it was close to the Hammersmith tube station which worked well. It didn’t feel walker friendly as there are lots of roads intersecting near and around the hotel but I managed. Good news is that there is a taxi queue right outside which was convenient. The confirmation email stated to go to a building down the road to pick up keys, but then I was sent back to the property and asked to call the number on the door. Could smell cigarettes, and overall was very noisy. Relatively clean room and bathroom, location was decent, but wouldn’t stay again. "
