"Checked in around 10pm, key left in a drop box in reception- no staff around at all. Booking was for a quadruple room - 1 double & 2 single beds. In reality room had only 2 single beds. None of the contact phone numbers given work so absolutely no chance of getting hold of anyone to sort the situation out. Absolutely disgraceful that 2 guests were left without beds & forced to sleep on the floor overnight. .. Surprise, surprise not able to contact the hotel for an explanation / refund...

"Very nice hotel if you are visiting for a gig in Hammersmith bit disappointed that there was not a breakfast in with the deal, and the surprise £50 deposit ( which is refunded if your room is ok) that you will need to pay was a bit of an annoyance as it caught me totally off guard, this should be advisable notice upon booking in advance wether hotel.com advice or it is written into the guide. All in all great hotel friendly staff clean lifts a bit slow but there is always the stairs. "
