The confirmation email stated to go to a building down the road to pick up keys, but then I was sent back to the property and asked to call the number on the door. Could smell cigarettes, and overall was very noisy. Relatively clean room and bathroom, location was decent, but wouldn’t stay again. "

"Close to tube, shops, river, restaurants. Stayed during the lockdown and easy to get shopping delivered within an hour of ordering. Plenty of restaurants to order food from nearby. Right next to Ravenscourt Park and a short walk to the river."
