BEWARE
They advertise luggage storage but all that means is that you can leave luggage in your room. Further, we accidentally double booked and even after reaching out 5 minutes after booking, the only option was to pay the cancellation fee which was the full price of the room... would not recommend at all. Rather, "Casa David y Lidia Diaz, San Miguel, Havana, Cuba" was an excellent night and I would recommend them for any travellers.

I was a little skeptical when arriving because the outside isn’t to die for but from the moment that we met our host to the moment we entered the apartment, everything was outstanding. The apt was very spacious with an amazing view, the ac in the bedrooms were cold, there was always hot water. Every room had its own personal fridge with cold beverages inside. It was great and pretty practical especially for a place in Cuba. The host was very nice with us and the office was always responsive. If I come back to Cuba I will most likely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay !!!
The apartment was so much more gorgeous than we expected. Super clean and spacious. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect. Getting a taxi was never a problem and the coffee place right accross the street was what I needed for a night treat !!! Walking distance to restaurants and night life. The hostess was such a humble and great young man, always trying to accomodate us. And the young lady cooking breakfast was a delight to see every morning. I want to adopt her !! I will come back and stay in the same place again.

A acomodação era bem espaçosa, agradável e confortável. Infelizmente, quando chegamos não estava limpinha como esperávamos. Dava para perceber ao andar descalço que o apartamento não tinha sido limpo antes de chegarmos e, além disso, tinha uma panela de pressão fechada com uma água podre dentro, que devia estar ali há bastante tempo. Durante a nossa estadia, ninguém passou lá para limpar o apartamento, trocar toalhas, repôr papel higiênico, etc. Em questão de limpeza, portanto, deixou bastante a desejar. A localização não é central em Havana, mas é boa e tem bons restaurantes ao redor, além de ser perto da Praça da Revolução. O café da manhã oferecido é honesto, com frutas, torradas e ovo. Não tinha wifi, o que foi bem prejudicial. Em Cuba o wifi é mais escasso, mas em outras acomodações que fiquei, tinha acesso durante o dia. Nessa, não havia nada, nem sinal ruim, nem bom, nenhum tipo de conexão com a internet foi oferecida, algo que fez bastante falta. Em comparação com as outras acomodações que escolhi em Cuba, foi a que me senti menos auxiliada e orientada. Considerando a vasta oferta de acomodações em Havana, acredito que não voltaria a essa pela falta de limpeza e de wifi.

La señora Norma y su esposo José, fueron muy amables y trataron de resolver nuestras necesidades. Las fotos de la publicación son antiguas, actualmente el edificio está deteriorado por fuera y el apartamento igualmente. El apartamento no fue aseado antes de nuestra llegada. Había demasiado polvo, telarañas y el estado de la cocina estaba terrible. La cocina estaba muy sucia, el horno microondas estaba completamente sucio en su interior. A causa de la crisis económica del país se entiende que no se encuentren productos de aseo, pero en lo posible se debe asear antes de entregarse.
