The experience was out of this world. Fernanda was very friendly and even helped me with my spanish. Her menu suggestions were spot on! The staff in general were warm and welcoming! I felt safe in this quiet, “tuck away” spot and the amenities were sufficient to meet my needs. I am honestly going to miss sitting at the door doing my research work while sipping on tea! Definitely will be back!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Centro Havana, this is a great place to consider. I chose the Superior Double Room w/ Garden View, and honestly, even though I stayed there alone for five nights, if my friend were to come with me, I would stay in that room again because it definitely has more than enough space for two guests. Bathroom was clean and modern, and clean towels and soaps were provided! AC worked well, and the room had a very big TV. Oh, also a fridge which is always a plus. They will provide you a welcome drink (Mojito), and it is very tasty. I also ate breakfasts here almost everyday because it was a good value and tasty. Their lunch/dinner is also incredible. No matter what kind of dietary restriction you might have, you will be able to find an option that accommodates your needs. Staff members are incredibly kind, and most of them speaks English which helped me a lot since my Spanish is very poor but even the ones that do not speak English, they are one of the most caring, kind people you will ever meet. I got to make some great connection with the housekeeping lady (sorry I am really bad with names so I can't quite remember but please know that I really am thankful for you). She was so welcoming and kind. I also got to know staff members, May and Gaddy. who were very kind and cool. As a solo traveler who is always tight on the budget and yet looking for a safe, clean place, this was a great choice. I strongly recommend here to everyone. Mucho Gracias!

Loved this location. Right in Old Havana, about 20 minutes walking distance from Centro Havana. The room is exceptionally cute, with a great shower. Staff was excellent and kind.
