"We chose this property due to location near a major station, Shinjuku station, which makes it easy to explore Tokyo. "The location of this hotel was excellent for anyone who wants to explore the Shibuya and nearby neighborhoods! The convenience of it being right by the Shibuya station was the deciding factor of us despite it being quite an expensive option. There are also numerous dining options nearby. "Was a great first stay in Japan, the room was fairly spacious and nice to have a separate living room away from the sleeping area. The location was a little inconvenient as it was a short walk to the closest station, which is one stop from Shinjuku station, and not on the main lines. "The property is excellent. The pods are modernised and comfy. Same for the Onsen as well as the food served there. The staff were the most valuable. Jetstar lost my luggage leaving me in a confused and distressed state with only the clothes off my back with my passport, meds, phone, wallet. "This is the second year in a row that we stayed here. It’s so convenient to stay at the airport after a long flight. The hotel is clean, and dining options abound although you may pay a bit more being at the airport. The hotel’s breakfast offers a variety of food for everyone and on a clear day, you can dine with the view of Mt. Fuji. "
