"This hotel has access to everything. Being slightly claustrophobic, I was given a room without a view, but I managed to slightly open the window so the cool air could come in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaner, I must say, during my stay, was amazing. The onsen was clean; however, they don’t provide towels—you have to bring one from your room. They also have laundry services, but you can do your own laundry as well, which I did. I will probably stay at this hotel again the next...
