"Absolutely lovely place. Excellent location. Fairly quiet little village with lots of locals going about their business. Short stroll down to the beach area with lots of choice of restaurants. All very friendly and obliging. Hotel Mirtilos is extremely clean and well run with lovely staff. Smashing

"We stayed 1 week in a nice appartment. A nice hotel 1 hour from Chania airport. Rental car is a good idea. Nice area with good snorkling by the stone beach. There are no umbrellas nor sunbeds at the beds (as seen in the hotels's pictures).

was great too and we had no problems finding a good spot. The very small kitchen was very limited the very only plates etc for 4 people (enough) and ONLY 2 small pots. No frying pan, chopping board, bowls or similar. So don't plan to cook to many dinners...
