Completely remodeled condo unit in beautiful Summerlin. Close to restaurants, parks, shops, golfing and walking/jogging trails. Ideally located just 15 min to all the excitement of the strip. 10 min trip to hiking in Red Rock National Conservation. Best of all worlds. The condo is a ground level unit with two queen size beds and offers, WIFI, cable with 3 big screen TV's, outdoor patio, outdoor pool/jacuzzi (please note the pool is open April 1 - November 1), assigned parking space, walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean condo featuring brand new granite counter tops, brand new cabinets, stainless appliances and washer dryer. Beautiful real wood burning fireplace for coziness. Quiet and serene location. This is a non-smoking/pet free unit. Smoking on the patio is permitted.

This property was a really great place to stay! Very convenient to shopping ,restaurants,groceries and gas stations. Nice safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 20 minutes from Redrock canyon, and 20 minutes or less to strip and Freemont. Beds are comfy and the kitchen was stocked well. Ubers were easy to get. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat also after hiking!
