Escape to Vegas in our stunning 5-bedroom villa with soaring ceilings, cozy fireplaces and abundant natural light. Enjoy a resort-style pool, hot spa, outdoor kitchen, ping pong and plenty of games. Perfect for couples, friends getaways and families seeking relaxation and adventure. Pets welcome. This oasis is 15 minutes from the Strip and airport, close to local hiking trails with city views, school and collegiate sports, Red Rocks National Park and Hoover Dam.

Spa heating is free. Pool heating up to 85 degrees is included; seasonal charge up to $50/day for heating beyond that temperature.

Our stunning retreat blends indoor and outdoor luxury. It is spacious and relaxing for a couple in the master suite. With its 5 bedrooms, it is perfect for friends and families seeking relaxation and adventure, and thrills on the Las Vegas Strip just 15 minutes away. Located just minutes from the Strip, Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam, you’ll have endless opportunities for adventure and exploration - hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paddleboarding and kayaking, boating and more. You can entertain friends and family by the pool, walk to the park nextdoor, or hike out your doorstep to local trails with amazing Strip views. If you want to skip the stress of the Vegas Strip, there are plenty of amazing supermarkets and great restaurants nearby.

The home is a legal 4 bedroom, with one bedroom offering a barn door allowing it to be privately divided in two. It is permitted by Henderson City for up to 10 adults. We will under some circumstances allow more if occupants are young children. If you are unsure, please inquire. Thank you.

Everything we needed
This house had everything we needed for a short family stay. The pool and spa are an obvious highlight, but the entire backyard patio/grill area is a fabulous place to spend an afternoon or evening. We appreciated the extensive pantry and refrigerator supplies of spices, oils, condiments, etc- very thoughtful. It’s in a quiet, comfortable, safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect escape from the heat!
This property was the exact combination we were looking for, cool on the inside with outdoor dining for breakfast before the heat, and a pool to enjoy once it was hot! Even the ping pong table in the side yard was appreciated! The kitchen and dining room made cooking in easy to enjoy among friends, and their were enough beds and baths for 4 couples! We also appreciated the off street parking for our 3 cars! Even the drive in to the Strip was easy, approx 25 minutes, but it was nice to get away from the crowds when we were ready to leave! We would stay here again!

Great House with Pool/hot tub
I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside.

Amazing Home
My sister-in-law, her triplets and husband, and our family of five from Colorado, came into town for the funeral of the patriarch of our family. We needed place to unwind and enjoy each other. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to nestle in and feel at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so accommodating. The home has a well stocked kitchen, a great open floor plan and enough comfortable bedrooms to easily sleep ten people. The outside was our favorite spot and where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was perfection, as were the surrounding spaces. And, the location could not have been better. I highly recommend this rental!
