I liked the fact that it was quiet at night and low traffic. I did not like the dirtiness of our room. The sheets and pillows smelled bad. Body odor smell upon entering the room. The desk had not been cleaned as there were crumbs on both the chair and the desk itself.

Cleanliness of the room was a bit wanting. A fair deal for the price, but I still had higher expectations. The built-in gratuity for room service was a surprise, but only after I tipped the man who delivered it. The large water bottles being $7 each and glass is another thing I probably would have reconsidered had that been more apparent. I ordered a king suite and had two queens. I was alone. Details. The Broad Fork restaurant was accommodating. The fromt desk interactions were mostly pleasant if not a bit terse. My last name was listed as a suffix which caused confusion. Logging into wifi every 24 hours was annoying. I was glad to see the fitness room. Thank you. Decidedly average experience.
