Located only a few minutes to the strip, convention center and 5 min to airport. Home is in great location and easy to access I-15 and I-215. South Point Casino only 2 blocks away, with bowling, movie theaters, huge sports book and poker room, many restaurants and lots of entertainment. Green Valley Ranch and the District, All new Town Center with many shops and great restaurants and bars are all only a few minutes away. The new beautiful M resort just opened and only a few miles away. GREAT LOCATION.

The property owner was very kind/quick to provide/respond with information. My family and I very much enjoyed the stay! The beds were soooo comfortable. When cooking a meal, the kitchen was well stocked. If we get the opportunity to go back to Las Vegas, we will definitely look to rent this house again!! Thank you Rae for a pleasant stay!

It is a beautiful and comfortable house. One of the beds were a little high, but there was a stool to get on the bed. Close to the strip, the sphere, to Trader Joe's. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!!!

Nice house in nice neighborhood with comfy beds

Great spot for us to stay for my parents anniversary - the beds were comfy, the covered back porch was great in the mornings and evenings, the house was in a great neighborhood where we felt safe, loved having fans and a humidifier and washer/dryer on hand, and after reaching out to the manager, we managed to figure out the thermostat to keep the temp at 72 for some good sleeps (thanks Rae!).

Great location.

Just as advertised! If you want to go to the strip but don’t want to be surrounded by waves of party goers this is the perfect location I think. Huge plus just blocks from great eats and a neighborhood Walmart. We lucked out. We got to attend the GV Knights’ victory / Stanley Cup parade. Thank you for sharing your property!

A Beautiful Home for your Vacation Stay!

I booked this property for a family vacation for Las Vegas on Aug. 4th to Aug. 6th. The home is beautiful, clean and organized. The location of the property is ideal as it is only 15 mins from the Vegas strip and 13 mins to the Harry Reid Airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping locations in the area. The communication with the property owner (Rae) was responsive & timely. Check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas please do not hesitate to book this property rental. 10/10 rating. Thank You for your hospitality Rae :)

Perfect as usual

This is my second visit to sole addiction. My son and I drove here from LA to watch an Aerosmith concert. We stayed for 3 nights. This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. It is about a 15 minute uber ride to the strip. The house is perfect. The most important amenities are all here: clean home, appliances, AC, coffee pot, quality wifi, and a large garage. The neighborhood is quiet, you have assured privacy. There is a touch of traffic noise if you are in the backyard. There appears to be an elaborate entertainment TV/stereo system, we didn't use it. The owner Rae is a nice person who responds to texts instantly. I plan on coming back here in the near future. Outstanding
