"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "They had roaches crawling around the walls, and they have a no smoking policy and people where smoking weed on this floor in some of the rooms. The carpet was disgusting with stains, and the sheets smell like bleach i had to spray my perfume on it. I only love the view and the bathroom. "

"When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel had been shut down. And a couple hours before I arrived, i got an email from expedia which said that my reservation had been cancelled, so i reaches out to expedia travel agent at the expedia apps. And I informed the agent regarding the email, and the agent said that my reservation still on going and they sent me recofirmation and they said that I will not have any problem and just go directly to the hotel. And I went as told to the hotel and arrived there....
