"The staff was super friendly and helpful - there’s 24 hour help desk. They give out free cookies at the desk, and they even have an allergen friendly option - which was very considerate and made me feel more welcome as I have gluten and dairy sensitivities. My only complaint is that some of the wood paneling outside the entrance way was unstable and moved...
