"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "The room was comfortable, clean and the view was very nice. It smelled a bit of weed but we opened the window and it went away. The staff was very helpful and professional both the times I went to speak with them. My only observation is the bar area was a bit unattended but other than that I loved it!"
