"I like the fact that there is a shuttle going to Universal Studio. Big enough pool for the guests. Front desk people I find it not very accommodating but the room service / cleaning crews are very helpful and nice. Not enough restaurant inside the hotel (not to mention the lady who is helping to take the order is not even helpful, it makes you feel I should not be ordering from their resto.) no other options. I came to her twice for 2 nights dinner and still have the same way of serving customers (not pleasant for me)."

"the design and feel of this whole hotel is so old hollywood it’s amazing. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. you can tell they take a lot of care into keeping this gem stay in such great shape. the staff were all very friendly and helpful as well !! would recommend this stay to anyone and cannot wait to come back .
