"Loved the main pool activities, the entertainment staff were top notch! Ventus ha was wonderfully quiet with nice large hot tubs to enjoy cooler evenings. The Ha pools stayed open later which was nice (1030!). Reservations for dinner can be challenging but if you are flexible with choices and a bit with times of reservations we easily got a reservation every night for 5. We loved French, Kobo, and Mexican. Fire show is a must see and the magician. If you have kids make sure you sign them up...

"Everything about Coral Princess Hotel and Dive Resort is excellent. Just to name a few, the entire staff couldn't be any better, the food is excellent, our room was wonderful, the pool area and the views were beautiful. We'll definitely be back to enjoy it all again."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Staff were all the same as the year before. Hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast, which is included, is lovely and fresh, and served to order. Rooftop pool is fabulous to have, with a great view. And it is easy to get wherever you want to get."

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. "We are Not normally into all inclusive resorts because we like finding local spots but it was very convenient fir breakfast and lunch getting right off the dive boat and having lunch by the pool. Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

"Loved our stay at Occidental Xcaret! Rooms were clean, staff were all friendly and prompt with anything we needed. The walking paths and grounds were beautiful, so many animals and cool things to see - the ruins at night were a favourite! Thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the bonus swimming "hole" by the rocks. Our only drawback was the lack of hot water in our room - not sure if it was just our timing, but our showers were often lukewarm at best and sometimes downright cold. Otherwise, an incredible place!"

"Barcelo Palace is located in a huge bay that is home to sea turtles, sting rays, baracuda, lobsters, and all kinds of fish. Snorkeling from the shore is amazing. They have many activities that you may participate in. Some are extra $, but many are free. If you book a premium room, access to the hydrotherapy spa is included daily. The sailboats are available for everyone to use. If you're not sure how to sail, a guide will go with you - Manuel was our favorite. There are many restaurants to choose from. All 3 in the palace are wonderful. Other favorites include the habachis at Tokyo and Kyoto. At Kyoto, Chef Augusto was very entertaining! The morning meals are buffet style, also delicious! One waiter stood out - Omar made sure are coffee and water glasses were always full. If yiu are interested in cenotes, there are 5 right the main highway. In all, it's a wonderful spot!"

Sandos Caracol Eco Resort - All Inclusive

"We loved staying at the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. We brought our 3year old and 8month old and had a fantastic time. The resort was gorgeous with plants and trees everywhere throughout the resort. We saw wild life everyday. It was lovely to walk around and explore this big resort. Many restaurant options and the food was good. The workers worked hard and were so friendly and happy! The pools were great. The only down fall of this place was the beach was not perfect (some big rocks within the sand). The fire show was also scary for kids. That being said I would still recommend this Eco friendly resort!!"
